Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM AEST (excluding public holidays). During holidays, major sales, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, our response timeframe may extend slightly.

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for returns. Sale items are final sale. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene seals attached. Returns must be submitted via our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.

    If you selected Free Returns at checkout (USA & Australia only), your return label is covered. For non-Free Returns, a return label must be purchased through the portal. Returns are issued as store credit only, valid for 3 years.

    We do not accept returns or offer store credit for change of mind, including cancelled orders. Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

    Please note: Failure to meet these conditions will result in return rejection, and the item will be sent back at your expense.
