We accept returns for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
- Sale Items: Not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
- Full priced Items: Eligible for store credit only. Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and hygiene seals intact.
Return Process
All return requests must be submitted via our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you’ll have 5 days to send the item(s) back before the return label expires.
- If you added Free Returns at checkout (USA & Australia only), your return label is covered, and you won’t need to pay to send your item(s) back.
- If you didn’t add Free Returns, you’ll need to purchase a return label through our Returns Portal. We offer the lowest rates through our partnered services.
