Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, find it cheaper somewhere else or simply decide that you did not like the product or did not need it. 
  
• No change of mind refunds or exchanges on sale items.
• If your product is faulty and we can't replace it, we will offer you a store credit or a refund minus shipping costs and any fees.
  
• If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will lodge a claim with Australia Post, please share images of the package for evidence as well as photos of the damage to assist with the the claim. 
• If something's not right, reach out within 24 hours of receiving your item at hello@lolliwraps.com.au, attaching clear photos and details.

Exchanges:

• We want you to love your purchase! If you don't, we've got a strict 30-day exchange window from the day your item arrives.
• Kindly return your items in the pristine condition you received them: untouched and brand new. This means no traces of fake tan, makeup, or any other marks from trying them on.
• Refer to the "how to return an online item" and "returns conditions" sections before making a return. 
• Heads up: we do not offer exchanges on sale items, including special packs or discounted bundles

How to Make a Return:

• Start off by heading to our Returns Center.
• For any return-related queries, drop a note to Mia at hello@lolliwraps.com.au with your details.
• Once we give you the green light, post your item back. Note: unless the item's faulty, return shipping's on you.
• If the item you want for an exchange isn't available, we'll provide a credit note. Upon approval of your returned item, we'll send you a unique code equal to your order's value.

Sorry angel, we can’t work on bespoke pieces. But, if you have a suggestion for something sexy you think we’re missing, let us know!

Can I get discreet packaging?

For sure. All orders come in unbranded, recyclable packaging and an unbranded plain waterproof compostable outer mailer from Hero Packaging 

Are the free lollies I got with my order vegan?

Yes! Our lollies are 100% vegan. They’re also nut free, gelatin free, dairy free, soy free, gluten free and fat free.
